As far as we can tell, No. 98 in Brittany at M. Louvigne. He is a garagist and specializes in Wankel technology. Hissitecan be found here.
These photos were made a few years ago by Martijn van Well. Looks like the car was once used by Igol to promote their oils. It's nice to see you're still on the tickets.
